- CrossFit Level 1
- CrossFit Judge
I started at CrossFit Perseverance (then CrossFit Eleven) in May of 2015. I was a competitive cheerleader and dancer for about 11 years, but injuries forced me to retire my uniform in 2014. While I was looking for something to fill that competitive void in my life, my dad talked me into trying out a CrossFit class with him. My whole family started CrossFit, and we still all do it to this day and love it! In October of 2018, I decided that I wanted to do more than just be an athlete. I wanted to help people become even better versions of themselves, in and out of the gym. I got my Level 1 certification and started training to be an athlete. I wanted to help people become even better versions of themselves, in and out of the gym. I got my Level 1 certification and started training to be a coach at a local affiliate. I coached for about a year, and then came back to CrossFit Perseverance to be with my now husband. Over the years, CrossFit Perseverance is where I have met some of my best friends, and it’s even where I met my husband, so it holds a very special place in my heart.
